Thank you to all the parents that attended the Parents Evening last night 17th November @ Bure Farm. Some good topics were discussed & agreed. The minutes to this meeting will be published shortly.

Bad news, I'm afraid. I've just heard back from the Banbury United coach that he can't get a pitch at all. I've e-mailed Bicester council to see if there is any chance we can use our own pitch - they have said its not availabel until 1st August.

So no match on Saturday, I'm afraid.

Hello,

We are away to Brackley Town this coming Saturday. Its a 10:30 kick-off so get here for 10am, please. Their pitch is on the school field right next to the Brackley Town FC car park. Here is a map to the car park: http://goo.gl/maps/Bkjv. Note that the car park is at the end of Churchill Way, not iin the middle as it looks on the map. According to the coach, once you get to the car park, look over your left shoulder and there is a gate leading ot the school pitch.

By the way, this is Brackley Town, not the team who mucked us about with cancelling fixtures at the last minute a few months ago - that was Brackley Athletic.

Finally, I amy be a bit late getting from work back to midweek training tomorrow. Richard will be setting up the goals form 6pm. Just in case I get caught on the motorway, can any willing volunteers, please give Richard a hand. I'll help dismantle.

Hello,

Hope you're recovering from today's marathon football tournament.

Fisrtly, just to confirm that the parents' evening will stay on the Wednesday - I've had three people come back and say they can't make the Friday. So its Wednesday June 1st at 8:30 in the Bure Farm.

Also, someone pisked up Sean's raincoat today. We have one with no name in it. Can you please check your son's raincoat to check it isn't Sean's.

Hello,

We have one parent who definitely can't make the 1st June. I know that at least four of us can't make the 2nd June so I'm looking to find out if we can do the meeting on Friday 3rd of June.

To help me decide which night is going to suit more people, can you please reply to me if can't make one of the dates (1st or 3rd) telling me which night suits you. If you can do either night, no need to reply.

I'll look at the replies on Sunday night and we'll have the parents evening on whichever night suits the most people. If its a draw, we'll stick to the 1st.

Hope this makes sense and seems fair to everyone.

Just a follow-up to my previous e-mail about kit sponsorship.

Natalie has found a good kit supplier and will be ordering our new kits pretty soon (she will be in touch about sizes, etc.). Before she does that I wanted to check if anyone is able to get their work to sponsor the team.

We're having a parents' evening for the team on Wednesday 1st June at 8:30 in the Bure Farm pub.

Its our chance to agree our team approach and sort out all the administrative stuff before next season.

We've still to finalise the agenda but if you've anything you want raised, please let me know.

Please try and make it along (mums too, if possible) but if you definitley can't make it and would like me to raise anything on your behalf, let me know.
